This was at the heart of our rebrand for WRA Environmental Consultants.

Their work sits at the intersection of science, government, and finance—full of terms like mitigation credits, GIS surveys, and biological assessments. Every service description was accurate, but written for other experts, not for the people who actually need their services. 

We helped WRA shift from “here’s everything we know” to “here’s what you need to understand.” Rewriting their services in plain, reassuring language made one thing unmistakably clear: they are the experts, and you’re in good hands.

We extended this thinking into how they group their services as well, reorganizing their 17 offerings into four clear categories. This simple, intuitive service architecture reflects the clients' real-world experience of how projects move from start to finish. The language shows clients that WRA knows the complexity without forcing them to wade through it.

Just as importantly, the brand now reflects the people behind the expertise. WRA’s work is about navigating projects where nature and humans intersect. We brought that human dimension forward in the brand, by positioning them not only as technical leaders, but as thoughtful partners—and an employer of choice in their field.
