AMPLIFY YOUR IMPACT.
When the Center for Creative Leadership set out to reintroduce their flagship nonprofit program, they needed a brand that could reflect its evolution and speak directly to the foundations it was built to engage. The result was Amplify: a unique model that supports social sector organizations by inviting foundations to invest in the leadership growth of their grantees.
We created a visual identity for Amplify that stood out while staying true to CCL’s brand. We chose purple from their existing palette to differentiate the program and used triangular shapes to reflect the idea of growth and momentum. From there, we developed messaging that made a clear case: nonprofits could amplify their impact, and foundations could amplify the capacity of the organizations they support.
To launch the program, we supported the structure and copy for the Amplify webpage and rolled out a targeted campaign across The Chronicle of Philanthropy, CCL newsletters, LinkedIn, and Instagram. With headlines like “Built for nonprofits. Fueled by foundations.” and proof points highlighting the leadership gap—only 20% of nonprofit leaders feel confident in their abilities—we helped sharpen the urgency and the opportunity.
Early results show the message is resonating. With funder testimonials, participant quotes, and strong engagement across platforms, Amplify is already making waves—and redefining how leadership support shows up in the social sector.
