Good Stuff embraces the 4-day work week.

Starting January 2024, Good Stuff Partners will be implementing a trial 4-day work week. This means our team will work 4 days a week (Fridays off), with 100% pay and maintaining 100% productivity. We’re putting in place key measures, so we can assess the impact as we go.

Why are we doing this?

  1. To prioritize employee well-being and creativity: Studies show a 4-day week increases overall productivity and employee satisfaction. With the extra time to recuperate and refresh, we believe our team will produce even better creative work.

  2. To embrace a new way of working: We’re not just changing our working week, we’re changing the way we manage our time, so we free up our peak creative hours to focus on just that, delivering even better work for you. We believe this flexible schedule will allow us to be more effective and efficient.

  3. To join a growing movement: We're super excited to be part of a global shift towards a better work-life balance and a more sustainable future. You can learn more here: https://www.4dayweek.com/. You can see the results of previous trials in the latest attached research.

What to expect:

  • We'll still be available for you five days a week: Don't worry, we'll be here for our clients and partners on Fridays for any urgent requests. We’ll still be as flexible and responsive as ever for you.

  • We'll be constantly learning and improving: As we want to make this new approach work for everyone, we’ll be checking in with everyone, making sure that the service we provide is up to scratch at all times.

We're confident that the 4-day work week will be a positive step for Good Stuff and our valued clients.
